Meet Jeff The Chef .......
Chef Jeff started cooking when he was nine years old. He grew up watching his mother and grandmothers prepare amazing meals for family and friends. Jeff took note of how food brought people together. To his siblings dismay, this inturn caused him to become obsessed with watching celebrity chefs on tv. Jeff would take the recipes he would see on tv and to the best of his ability recreate his "version" of the dish. In 2015, Jeff accepted a job overseas working with the military. Being in a deployed environment and understanding that food unites people Jeff sought to bring a taste of home to those deployed by volunteering his time to cook for the holidays, hail and farewell parties, birthdays, and special occasions. Little did Jeff know this was supplying him with the skill set to cook for larger groups. After spending over 6 years overseas Jeff moved back to the states and launched 3J's Catering in 2020. Since then 3J's has won the Black Expo People Choice Award for 2021, has been booked as a private chef for celebrities, nominated for the 2022 Boss Award, featured chef at unCorked Jax Wine Festival, Night Markets participant, featured Chef for various Jax Chamber events, and more. 3J's is on a mission to take your tongue on a culinary adventure.
