Our Story
Chef Jeff's culinary journey is nothing short of inspiring. From a young age, he was enchanted by the savory dishes crafted by his mother and grandmothers. His fascination with food blossomed as he watched celebrity chefs on television, prompting him to replicate their recipes and refine his culinary skills. In 2015, while serving as a site manager for Navy Federal in Djibouti, Jeff uncovered the profound ability of food to foster a sense of belonging. Embracing this revelation, he volunteered to cook for deployed personnel during holidays and special occasions, gaining invaluable experience catering to large groups and solidifying his belief in food's transformative power.
